The base value is the cost of the vehicle without any options or additions. The base vehicle value is displayed in red. Every option has a value and is added onto the base vehicle value. You will see the total vehicle value in the blue at the bottom of the options. This value is factored from the base vehicle value and all options, miles, and location.
The total vehicle value is the value that NADA says your car is worth with all your options factored in. The total vehicle value is displayed in blue. This is also know as the book value.
Every option chosen by the user is added up and displayed as the total options value(Displayed in Red). Each total will be slightly different depending on which trade-in condition you are looking at. This value is added to the base vehicle value to determine the total vehicle value.
