This car has had the H.O. 350 conversion. 5.7 ZZ4 engine. The engine alone would cost over $4000. if you were to buy it by itself. gmperformanceparts.com or check Summit Racing Equiptment. The conversion cost $7600. and was done by a local professional shop and is not a “hack job”. I have the vehicle service report of everything that was done by this shop. It has been driven 20,000 miles since the conversion was done. The car is very fast and runs great. 3:73 ring and pinion with Auburn positraction. NAPA gas shocks, distributor, rotor.
Air cleaner: A “Ram-Air” system breathes through a dual-snorkel air cleaner. The system channels cool air to the carb through flexible ducts.
Exhaust system: The H.O. conversion package includes a low-restruction exhaust system with dual catalytic converters, high flow exhaust manifolds w/ 2 ¼” outlets, transverse muffler and a single 3” tailpipe. Great sound coming from the Flowmaster.
Transmission: 700R4 with a pressure regulator spring and servo assembly to improve shift firmness.
Rear control Arms: Rear axle control arms with high-durometer (50K) bushings reduce wheel hop on hard acceleration.
Front tires: Goodyear Eagle RS-A 245/50ZR16
Rear tires: B.F Goodrich Comp T/A 275/60R16
The car body is in great condition and in charcoal primer. It was originally red w/ red interior that is in great condition. I also have a complete black interior that I will let go with the car if you want it. The price is $5000. and does not even cover the cost of the entire ZZ4 conversion. If you want a great “Street Rod” that will fool a lot of people, here it is. Check it out. This is not your ordinary Z28. And I will not allow “Joy Rides”, seriously interested buyers only. This car is very fast.
If you are interested, I can provide many pictures of all areas of the car. Just email me. I am not a car dealer but I do have other cars and I just don't drive this one that much so I put it up for sale. Thanks for looking
